FAQ

Q: What’s different about Duck Mesh?

A: Both of our mesh options were hatched to solve a simple problem: soggy, heavy mesh that flops when it should fly. This stuff is feather light, and water tight and features a specialized coating that’s extremely water-resistant, and kind to nature and our feathered friends.

Q: What’s the difference between Semi Soft and Semi Soft Lite?

A: The first two mesh options we’re carrying are birds of a different feather, but they flock together.

Our Semi Soft Lite mesh is nearly weightless, while our Semi Soft variation offers more durability as the fibers are reinforced with added thread. Both are designed to break in quickly, and to the touch are nearly identical in performance – but elite-level players and stringers can tell the difference, and most are split on their preferences.

To help tell them apart by sight, we gave Semi Soft a grey Thread ID edge and Semi Soft Lite a yellow edge. If you’ve tried the mesh out in the wild and liked how the ball felt in flight, keep in mind which color you tried as you’re shopping on our site!

Q: What kind of coating does Duck Mesh use? Is it a wax?

A: Duck Mesh is not wax coated and instead used a specialized coating that’s kind to our feathered friends. Unlike typical wax-based coatings which can cause harm to the environment, Duck Mesh is treated with an eco-friendly, solvent-free solution that has a cleaner environmental footprint, while still maintaining a featherlight, ultra-smooth feel that stays consistent in any condition and will keep dry, clean, and game-ready without adding weight or tack. Duck Mesh doesn’t just handle the weather, it was made for it.

Q: Does Duck Mesh offer goalie mesh, faceoff mesh, or hard mesh?

A: Keeping things light and in flight for now, but we're hatching new ideas every day! For now Duck Mesh is only available in Semi Soft and Semi Soft Lite variations.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes, our flock is learning new flying patterns and we can ship to Canada.   Sadly, because it's such a long flight, we can't offer free shipping that far north.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We're still getting our ducks in a row here and haven’t mapped out flight patterns for that route yet. But if that changes, we’ll come back to this message and let you know.

Q: Sponsor me??

A: We aren't ready to bring on partners or ambassadors just yet, but you’ll be on our radar if we decide to gather up a flock. Birds of a feather gotta stick together
